Holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande (2002), a master’s degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2007) and a doctorate in Production Engineering (2011) from the same university. She is currently a professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina – Joinville Campus. Has experience in Administration and Production Engineering, focusing on the following subjects: innovation, entrepreneurship, organizational management, organizations life cycle, strategy, planning, engineering teaching and logistics. She is a researcher in the following research groups: Entrepreneurship and Innovation Research Group (UFSC); Mobility Systems Management and Design Group (GPMobil / UFSC).
